and free Community Concert at the Fenton Community and Cultutal Center and Rackham Park. Teens and adults can help paint a 2' x 3' paint-by-number of a lovely Shiawassee River photo shot bya Dyball. A company turned the photo into a paint-by-number piece. There will be another quick art piece for the kiddos to collaborate. 4 - 8pm.
