New Directions Exhibit 2022
The Fenton Arts Council is excited to announce a call for Artists for the 2022 New Directions Exhibit. The focus of the show is for artists to consider a new direction in their work; new media, new subject, new insight, new inspiration; any new idea.
Location
Cause & Affect Gallery at 126 N. Leroy St. Fenton, MI 48430
Dates
July 9 - September 3, 2022
Opening reception
July 9, 2022 from 6-8pm.
Requirements
Maximum of 3 images (only .jpg accepted)
The description must include: the new direction taken, title, medium, price, dimensions, and year completed (no work over 2 years old).
2D art must be gallery ready to hang, with wire or hanger. No raw canvas edges.

Application deadline
All applications must be submitted by midnight on June 6, 2022. Accepted artists will be notified by email by June 10, 2022.

Jury
The jury will take place on June 9, 2022
In keeping with Fenton Arts Council's long-standing reputation for high quality artistic vision and craftsmanship, jurors will look for quality, and original handmade art. No copies will be accepted.

International Cultural Heritage Infomatics Conference (ICHIM),The Louvre, Paris, France - artist talk.
Spring 2000 World Animation Celebration, Hollywood, CA, led student team to competition where they won first place in animation narrative.
Suzanne Lossing

Masters Degree in Arts Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint.
Administrative positions at Mott Community College including 15 years as Scholarship and Programs Coordinator.
